CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Act (No. 2) [Assented to May 4, 1973.] Rev. Stat. c. 229,

section amended Subsection (2) of

section of The Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Act, as amended by

chapter of the Statutes of Saskatchewan, 1967, is repealed and the following substituted therefor: “

(2) The Minister of Finance, with the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council and upon the requisition of the minister, may out of the consolidated fund, pay into the Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Fund in each year a sum not exceeding the total of the amounts that insured persons have paid as premiums in respect of contracts of insurance in that fiscal year”.
