Order in Council 176/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to sections 2 and 3 of the Ottawa Convention Centre Corporation Act ,

Jo-Anne Poirier of Ottawa

be reappointed as a member and redesignated as chair of the Board of Directors of the Ottawa Convention Centre Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 1 year, effective the latter of March 21, 2021 or the date this Order in Council is made.
