Order in Council 538/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert Lefebvre was reappointed a part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a term of three years, effective February 27, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 188/2016;

And

whereas Robert Lefebvre was reappointed a part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of three years, effective February 27, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 193/2016;

And

whereas Robert Lefebvre tendered his resignation effective January 31, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsections 207(2) and 96(2) of the Child and Family Services Act and subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code , Order in Council O.C. 188/2016 and 193/2016 be revoked effective January 31, 2017.
