This Bill would amend the Automobile Insurance Act to correct a

referencing error.

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and

House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

as amended

1. Subsection 45.1(3.4) of the Automobile Insurance Act is repealed and

the following substituted:

(3.4) Subsections (3.1) to (3.3) apply only in

relation to injuries sustained on or after subsections (3.1) to (3.3) come into

force.

Commencement

2. This Act is considered to have come into force

on August 1, 2019.
