Order in Council 605/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. N.5, Salvatore Biasucci of Sault Ste. Marie be reappointed as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two (2) years, effective August 29, 2021.
