OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 20, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , is pleased, effective September 1, 2024, to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Scott Farmer as Deputy Minister of Economic Development; and (
b) appoint Kelliann Dean as Acting Deputy Minister of Economic Development.
