Section 6 of
Chapter 376, Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an agreement with Health Canada to extend the Toll-Free Quitline Numbers and Cessation Web Portal Address on Tobacco Packaging Initiative, in the form of agreement as set forth in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 14, 2017.
