a) Shelley Larsen is appointed an Administrative Coordinator in the office of the Minister of Skills Development and Labour, a position that will require the appointee to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council, and (

b) the appointee's remuneration will begin at Step of the Compensation Guidelines for Administrative Coordinators attached to order in council 1230/93 with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those establi thed for Category C appointments in order in council 806/89. (This
