OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing dated July 16, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing entering into the Reconciliation Agreement on Construction Codes with the Governments of Canada, and Provinces and Territories to harmonize the adoption of National construction codes in the form as set forth in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after August 20, 2020.
