Order in Council 990/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 6 of the Ontario Forest Tenure Modernization Act, 2011, S.O. 2011,

Chapter 10,

Adam H. Brown of Marathon, Ontario,

is appointed as a member, and designated as vice chair, of the Nawiinginokiima Forest Management Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three (3) years, effective the date this order is made.
