OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and the Minister of Justice dated September 17, 2024, and pursuant to

Section 672.38 of

Chapter C-46 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, the Criminal Code, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Cecilia Khamete of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford) as a member of the Nova Scotia Review Board under the Criminal Code for a term of three (3) years commencing October 8, 2024; and (

b) order that Cecilia Khamete be remunerated for service in the amount of $75 per hour and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling duties as a member, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally payable to members of the civil service.
