Citation

1 These regulations may be cited as the Renewable Electricity Retail Sale Regulations .

Definitions

2 In these regulations, “Act” means the Electricity Act .

Prescribed date for retail sales and retail purchase of renewable electricity

3 The prescribed date for retail sales and retail purchase of renewable electricity under

clauses 3C(1)(

a) and (

b) of the Act is October 18, 2022.
