OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated July 20, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into a Memorandum of Understanding for the pan-Canadian Pharmaceutical Alliance with other provinces and territories, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or an agreement to like form and effect, effective on and after August 16, 2016.
