An Act to Amend the Environmental Trust Fund Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1

Section of the Environmental Trust Fund Act,

chapter of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended by adding after subsection (2) the following: 1(2.1) Notwithstanding

section 3, the Minister of Fi- nance shall not authorize the withdrawal of funds from the Environmental Trust Fund for the purposes of depositing the funds into the ordinary account of any government de- partment. 2 This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation PROJET DE LOI Loi modifiant la

Loi sur le Fonds en fiducie pour l’environnement,

chapitre des Lois révisées de 2011, est modifié par l’adjonction après le paragraphe (2) de ce qui suit : 1(2.1) Nonobstant l’article 3, le ministre des Finances ne peut permettre que des sommes soient retirées du Fonds en fiducie pour l’environnement pour être déposées dans le compte ordinaire d’un ministère. 2 La présente loi entre en vigueur à la date fixée par proclamation.
