Order in Council 1507/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 809/2013, dated the 12 th day of June 2013, Brigitte Orchard was reappointed as a member of the Township of Macdonald, Meredith and Aberdeen Additional Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from June 12, 2013;

and

whereas Brigitte Orchard has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Township of Macdonald, Meredith and Aberdeen Additional Police Services Board;

therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Brigitte Orchard is hereby reappointed as a member of the Township of Macdonald, Meredith and Aberdeen Additional Police Services Board for a further period of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
