chapter A-14 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by adding the following af ‐ ter

section applies in the year 2025 and every subsequent year to all real property, ex ‐ cept the following: 15.8(2) Par dérogation à toute autre disposition de la présente loi et sous réserve du paragraphe (3), le présent

article s’applique pour l’année 2025 et les années subsé ‐ quentes à tous les biens réels, sauf ceux qui suivent : (

a) any wire, cable, pipe, pole, tower, installation, equipment or thing, or structures other than buildings, forming part of a television broadcasting, transmis ‐ sion or rebroadcasting or retransmission system in ‐ cluding a cable television system, a telephone, an electric light, a telegraph or a telecommunication sys ‐ tem or any electric power distribution system, includ ‐ ing the New Brunswick Power Corporation;

a) les fils, câbles, conduits, poteaux, pylônes, instal ‐ lations, matériels ou choses, ou les constructions au ‐ tres que les bâtiments, faisant

partie d’un réseau téléphonique ou télégraphique, d’un réseau de télédif ‐ fusion, de télétransmission, de télérediffusion ou de téléretransmission, notamment un système de câblo ‐ distribution, ou encore d’un réseau d’éclairage électri ‐ que, de télécommunications ou de distribution d’énergie électrique, y compris la Société d’énergie du Nouveau-Brunswick; (

b) all installations, machinery, equipment, appara ‐ tus, structures, pipes or pipe lines forming part of a

f) any other real property when the amount of the assessment is determined in accordance with

section 15.7.

article ou de les en exclure est finale et ne peut être remise en question ni révisée par un tribunal. 15.8(5) The minimum value of the assessment on real property under subsection (2) for the current year is $100. 15.8(5) La valeur minimale de l’évaluation du bien réel visé au paragraphe (2) pour l’année en cours est de 100 $. 15.8(6) Subject to subsection (7), the amount of an as ‐ sessment on real property referred to in subsection (2) for the current year is the lesser of the real and true value for the current year and the value calculated in accord ‐ ance with the regulations. 15.8(6)
