OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 9, 1998, pursuant to clause 16(1)(

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve of the granting of a 25 foot wide easement for the purpose of installing, maintaining and using cables for the transmission of electricity only with respect to certain Crown lands situate between Blandford and the Tancook Islands, Lunenburg County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation to Nova Scotia Power Incorporated, a body corporate with its head office at Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, for the consideration of $1,375.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this order.
