Order in Council 1860/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 7 of the Niagara Parks Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. N.3, as amended, approval is hereby given to The Niagara Parks Commission:

to acquire from 800460 Ontario Limited for nominal consideration the parcel of land described in

Schedule “A”; and

to execute such documents as may be necessary for that purpose.
