1 These regulations may be cited as the Planning Appeals Non-Substantive Matters

Regulations .

Non-substantive matters prescribed

2 For the purposes of

Section 251A of the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter , each of

the following is prescribed as a non-substantive matter in respect of a residential

development:

(

a) colour;

(

b) the material to be used for cladding;

(

c) fenestration;

(

d) landscaping.
