1 The Specified Enactments (Jurisdiction) Regulation

(AR 201/2013) is amended by this Regulation.

Schedule 4 is amended in

section 5 by striking out

"Certificate".

Schedule 6,

Part 1,

section 5 is repealed and the

following is substituted:

5 Remediation Regulation (AR 154/2009)
