OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 16, 2026, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 39 of the Acts of 2005, the Dispensing Opticians Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Obinna Esomchukwu of Halifax Regional Municipality as a public representative of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia College of Dispensing Opticians, made by Order in Council 2024-136 dated April 4, 2024, effective March 31, 2026.
