Order in Council 1144/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Wendy Earle was appointed a part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective November 9, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1611/2023;

And

whereas Wendy Earle has passed away;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1611/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
