Order in Council 804/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Act , Order in Council 1202/2023 reappointing Salvatore Biasucci as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation is revoked effective on the later of the date this Order in Council is made and May 22, 2026.
