OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Culture dated June 17, 1998, pursuant to

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Education Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Education and Culture, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia, to execute a Development Agreement, respecting an elementary school in the Hants East area, in substantially the form attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation as

Schedule "A", and in due course to execute a lease substantially in the form attached as

Schedule "H" to the Development Agreement, together with such other documents and agreements as may be required in connection with such Development Agreement and to give effect to this Order.
