OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated July 12, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health and Wellness to amend, as described in the Report and Recommendation, the proposed terms of the agreements with Kiknu Long Term Care Limited and others concerning the Kiknu Long Term Care Facility as approved by Order in Council 2021-39, and to enter into the agreements as so amended, subject to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreements.
