On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Business Number Regulation, B.C. Reg. 388/2003, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 3 of the Business Number Regulation, B.C. Reg. 388/2003, is amended by adding " in

section 1 of the Act " after " the definition of "business information" ".

Section 4 is amended by adding the following:

Land Owner Transparency Act

Residential Property (Short-Term Holding) Profit Tax Act

Speculation and Vacancy Tax Act .
