OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated December 21, 2004, pursuant to Sections 6 and 87 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Labour to enter into a Canadian Intergovernmental Agreement Regarding the Implementation of International Labour Cooperation Agreements, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject only to the addition of annexes, appendices and to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
