Order in Council 1506/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Order in Council 1706/2007 under the Endangered Species Act, 2007, the Order in Council 1273/2023 dated August 31, 2023, appointing Sajjad Hussain as a part-time member of the Species at Risk Program Advisory Committee, is hereby revoked, effective the day this Order in Council is made.
