OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated January 30, 2009, and pursuant to clause 59A(
a) and subsections 59C(1), (1A) and (2) of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to approve, effective on and after March 17, 2009, the indemnification provisions contained in the amended agreement between the Province and Alcohol Countermeasures Systems Corp, substantially in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
