Order in Council 1230/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1259/2014, dated October 22, 2014, Dr. Serge Lessard was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

Whereas Dr. Serge Lessard has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective January 12, 2017;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1259/2014, dated October 22, 2014, appointing Dr. Serge Lessard as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
