OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated July 12, 2005, pursuant to
Section 91 of
Chapter 380 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Utilities Act, as amended, is pleased, effective July 13, 2005, to direct the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board to appoint a consumer advocate in the application of Nova Scotia Power Inc. for approval of certain revisions to its rates, charges and regulations effective January 1, 2006.
