Order in Council 1096/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Marie Hubbard was reappointed as full-time member and chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective January 1, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1536/2021;

And

whereas Marie Hubbard is deceased;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Order in Council O.C. 1536/2021 be revoked effective August 3, 2022.
