OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated July 19, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Jennifer Marie Toms, made pursuant to Order in Council 2000-644, dated December 19, 2000; and (
b) appoint Jennifer Marie Toms MacAskill of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, effective July 21, 2001 and to expire December 31, 2005.
