On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Regional District

of Kootenay Boundary Regulation, B.C. Reg. 240/91, is amended by adding the following

section:

Firecrackers and fireworks

3 The Regional District of Kootenay Boundary is granted the additional power to, by

bylaw, regulate, prohibit and impose requirements in relation to the use of firecrackers

and fireworks.
