Order in Council 725/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Julie Broderick of Brantford be reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a for a fixed term effective the later of July 1, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made and ending January 10, 2026.

Further,

whereas Julie Broderick was appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective January 11, 2024 by Order in Council O.C. 3/2024;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 3/2024 be revoked effective the later of July 1, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made.
