Order in Council 659/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Michelle Garraway was appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective December 2, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1624/2021;

And

whereas Michelle Garraway tendered her resignation effective March 28, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Orders in Council O.C. 1624/2021 and 427/2022 be revoked effective March 28, 2023.
