OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Heritage dated February 7, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 20 of

Chapter 15 of the Acts of 2006, the Justice Administration Amendment

(2006) Act, and subsection (7) of

Section 3 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that

Section 15 of

Chapter 15 of the Acts of 2006, the Justice Administration Amendment

(2006) Act, do come into force on and not before March 2, 2007.
