OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 10, 2004, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of a right of way for the purpose of facilitating access to lands owned by Virgiliu Popa, M.D., as the Trustee of the Popa Family Trust, and for no other purpose, with respect to Crown lands at the South Side of Boularderie, Victoria County, shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Virgiliu Popa, M.D., as the Trustee of the Popa Family Trust, of St. Petersburg, State of Florida, United States of America, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $200.00 plus HST and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
