OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Environment and Labour dated December 17, 2002, and pursuant to Sections 17 and 18 of
Chapter 246 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Labour Standards Code, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Byron C. Tanner of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as an alternate member of the Labour Standards Tribunal for a term of three (3) years commencing June 27, 2003; and (
b) fix the remuneration of Byron C. Tanner at $100.00 per day for each day of attendance at hearings of the Labour Standards Tribunal, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
