OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated March 29, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 25O of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective April 24, 2017: (
a) revoke the appointment of Scott Farmer as Provincial Tax Commissioner, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2015-10 dated January 14, 2015; and (
b) appoint Elizabeth Hughes as Provincial Tax Commissioner.
