a) the appointment of Donald Allen Privett as an Admi nistrative Assistant in the Office of the Minister of Agriculture and Food, made by Order in Council 536/2023, is rescinded, (

b) Donald Allen Privett is appointed as an Administrativ e Assistant in the Office of the Minister of Municipal Affairs for a term ending December 30, 2023, (

c) Donald Allen Privett is to be paid as a Clerk beginning at step of the salary range set out in the BCGEU Salary

Schedule administered by the Public Service Agency, and (

d) terms and conditions of employmen t equivalent to those established for category B appointees in the “Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees” administered by the Public Service Agency apply to the appointment of Donald Allen Privett. 584 October 23, 2023 7
