Section 42 of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, and clause 2(
d) of
Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (
a) designate Scott Ferguson to be and to have been an employee for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act.
