OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated July 5, 2017, and pursuant to subsection 7H(1) of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act , is pleased to approve an amendment to Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation’s By-Law #5, respecting Non-Bargaining Unit Staff Compensation and Benefits, made by the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation on February 16, 2017, which replaces Appendix “A” to By-Law #5 with Appendix “A” to
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
