On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023
January 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023 , c. 9, being the Protecting Farmers from Non-Payment Act (Regulating Agricultural Product Dealers and Storage Operators), 2023 , come into force:
Schedule 30, s. 1-68, 70-117, 118 (1)-(7), 118 (8), except clause (e), 118 (9)-(12), 119.
January 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023 , c. 9, which repeals the Farm Products Payments Act , comes into force:
Schedule 30, s. 120.
