Order in Council 115/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Krista Lynn Leszczynski, Barrister and Solicitor of Sarnia, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective February 13, 2019 .
