Authority under which Order is made: Act and section: Public Service Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 385, s. 15 Other: OIC 737/2018 O10555027 On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective October 18, 2021, (

a) the appointment of Amanda Watson as an Administrative Assistant in the Office of the Premier , made by Order in Council 787/2018, is rescinded, (

b) Amanda Watson is appointed as a Correspondence Officer in the Office of the Premier, (

c) Amanda Watson is to be paid as a Clerk beginning at step of the salary range set out in the BCGEU Salary

Schedule administered by the British Columbia Public Service Agency, and (

d) the terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category B appointees in the “Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees” administ ered by the British Columbia Public Service Agency apply to the appointment of Amanda Watson. 570 October 14, 2021
