OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated May 13, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 110 of

Chapter 41 of the Acts of 2010, the Personal Health Information Act , is pleased to amend the Personal Health Information Regulations , N.S. Reg. 217/2012, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2012-371 dated December 4, 2012, to allow additional First Nation Bands to collect health card numbers for the purpose of the new Nova Scotia First Nations Client Linkage Registry, in the manner set forth in

Schedule ‘A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 3, 2014.
