Order in Council 307/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act ,

John Scott of Windsor

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit for a period of three years, effective March 4, 2018 to and including March 3, 2021.
