On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Health Care Employers Regulation, B.C. Reg. 427/94, is amended as set out in

Schedule 1, and

(

b) the Social Services Employers Regulation, B.C. Reg. 84/2003, is amended as set out in

Schedule 2.
