Chapter 23 of the Acts of 1998, the Private Career Colleges Regulation Act, is pleased to amend the Private Career Colleges General Regulations made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 1999-482 dated October 6, 1999, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after August 16, 2002.
